Networking Marketing is a lucrative business model when implemented in the right way. One of the biggest mistakes a Network Marketer can make is to not treat their Network Marketing business like a business. And a business needs a blog, not just a website.
Why do Network marketers need to create their own blog?
Simple. Whether you like it or not, as a Network Marketer you are marketing yourself. Your skills, your knowledge, your experience… you are a consultant to those you work with and you need to share with them the value you can provide to help them build a solid network marketing business alongside you!
Your blog is part of the basic infrastructure needed to market yourself and your business on the Web. And because blogs are search engine friendly, they will work better than just a website will. When you write 2-3 times a week, you are seeding the Internet with those keywords that will lead back to you when someone is looking for information.
Think about that… “when someone is looking for information”. When you meet someone, whether it’s in person or online, if they are going to consider working with you then they will likely Google your name. So, what comes up when someone Google’s your name?
A blog is one of the easiest and quickest ways to create your presence online. You want positive content that will appear in a search engine listing for your name.
The more you blog, the more that will appear on a search for your name (for more tips on developing your online presence, go to the Attraction Marketing Website Overview.
So, what kind of blogging is going to attract the kind of attention you want? Blog about your business and the industry you’re in. Blog about the problems and challenges people face and then offer ways to help solve and overcome them. Persuasively let them know how they can get further help with you through your services or mentorship.
Provide useful and valuable information that will help others and they’ll come back for more!
